In much the same way that 1989's The Wizard acted as a sort of feature length advertisement for Nintendo and Super Mario Brothers 3, Joysticks is a feature length advert for boobs and arcade games, specifically Ms.Pac-Man. On top of that it's chock full all the crude sex humor you could hope for from an 80's teen comedy based upon a single fleeting instant in pop culture. It stars Joe Don Baker of Mitchell and Jon Gries of Terror Vision and Napoleon Dynamite.
